Elabra is a document collaboration web application that allows workgroups to produce multi-part documents for the financial industry.

Reviewers, authors and managers upload and access documents and comments based on their access level. Notifications are sent to workgroup members once a document is uploaded.

Electronic Filing Website

Glotrans is the e-filing service provider for the Superior Court of California in Santa Clara County. We are responsible for the development and maintenance of the system and for providing customer service to all parties who file documents.

Parties involved in a case can file their pleadings electronically through the website. Submitted documents are reviewed and endorsed electronically by the court clerk. Parties pay their filing fees online. Documents are served electronically to all case parties. All endorsed documents are stored in a publicly accessible web repository.

Attorney's BriefCase

Attorney's BriefCase is a subscriber-based internet service that provides summarized modules about California law. These modules contain briefs of important cases.

Subscribers can access the modules by subject or by code. A search feature helps users to quickly match modules to key words. Go to:

Organic Harvest Network

This web application is an order-entry and inventory tracking system for a large broker of organic produce.

Site users can enter new orders, track existing orders, and enter shipping information. The application automatically creates invoices, shipping and release forms. Suppliers can update their inventory directly by accessing the website.

Protection and Advocacy, Inc.

We built a custom web-based time-keeping system for this legal services organization. It is fully integrated with the client's existing case management system. This web system allows employees to track how they spend their work time by activity or project and to allocate their time to specific funds. Several timesheet and summary reports are provided to the administrators.

We also built a web-based expense reporting system for PAI. Employees use the system to enter all expenses associated with business trips. They can scan their receipts and integrate them with their reports. On the backend, an administrative tool allows supervisors to approve expenses and produce management reports.

World Meetings Plus, Inc.

This company organizes international conferences, seminars and training classes. They needed a web application to provide participants with key event information and capture registration data for all attendees.

Glotrans built an application that lets the organizer invite a select list of attendees, allows online registration of activities, travel and hotel data, and lets the organizer notify the attendees of important events. This application includes an online administrative tool to let the coordinator access the reservation data and generate reports.

Ultimate Options Strategies

Ultimate Option Strategies is a website that publishes a newsletter providing advice about option trading.

This web application includes credit card transaction processing for subscribers and a complete subscription management infrastructure.

Berkeley Public Library Foundation

Glotrans built a custom online auction website for BPLF. The site is used to auction gifts and services that benefit the libraries. Since the auction is an annual event, the website can be reused simply by changing the items to be auctioned.

The system provides several reports to allow the auction's coordinator to track bids and contact bidders.
